The Indonesia e-VOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival) is a digital travel authorization that allows eligible travelers to enter Indonesia for tourism, official visits, or other permitted short stays. It can be obtained online before travel, making arrival faster and more convenient.
The e-VOA is issued by Indonesian immigration authorities and is linked electronically to your passport. Once approved, you receive a confirmation by email, which should be presented on arrival along with your passport. The e-VOA simplifies entry procedures at major airports and seaports.
Apply for an Indonesia e-VOA if you plan to travel for tourism, visiting family or friends, or other short, non-working purposes. Each traveler, including children and infants, must have an individual e-VOA linked to their own passport.
Note: Travelers who are not eligible for the e-VOA may need to apply for a different Indonesian visa type before departure.
